About Us

Biscuit & Bean Ballard opened its doors in 2014 serving our freshly baked biscuits, house-made spreads and creative biscuit sandwiches. It wasn’t long until our biscuits became a neighborhood staple and we were selling hundreds a day.         


In 2019 we realized the need for a kitchen facility to aid food prep for our retail locations and Northwest Biscuit Company was born.

Northwest Biscuit Company strives to craft biscuits that are crispy on the outside and richly fluffy on the inside, using quality ingredients. Our Breakfast Sausage gravy is rich and creamy for the ultimate comfort food.  All of our spreads pair perfectly with our biscuits, from our perfectly sweet Raspberry Jam to our savory Herbed Goat Cheese.   We make all our products in small batches to ensure consistent flavor and quality our customers have come to expect.

As a wholesale biscuit company, our goal is to  possible while working closely with wholesale clients to ensure everyone’s satisfaction.
